The
Taurus Mountains are one of the most interesting mountain ranges of
the world. They have occurred with the same wave of the South
American Andes, and European Alps. Since the ancient times, the
Taurus mountains were occupied by people, and inhabited with
different cultures, and after the Turkish period, since the 12th
century A.D., the Turkmen Nomads moved to the Taurus Mountains, and
still living in many areas in their “Black Tents” Equinox
Outdoor Tours are for anyone who is fit and in the idea of an
Adventure Type Travel. Our JEEP ADVENTURE programs will offer you to
visit the least accessible and visited countryside of Turkey,
especially the Taurus Mountains range with touch of off-road tracks.

1 - Istanbul
Arrive
in Istanbul. Meet and greet at the airport, transfer to
the hotel.

2 - Istanbul – Antalya(B)

Morning
Tour of Topkapi Palace then to Grand Bazaar (Covered Bazaar)
and Sultan Ahmet. Walking tour of Sultan Ahmet area
including Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Underground Cistern.
Flight to Antalya. Transfer to Hotel.

3 - Antalya(B)

Meet
with jeeps and guides, drive the coastal road to Kemer (1
hour), from Kemer take the mountain road up to Altinyaka (2
hr.). Welcome dinner at Altinyaka village house / Overnight.

4 – Villages(B)

breakfast dep. with jeeps down to Alakir, river pass, up to
Idebessos & Oluklu yayla, visit Arykanda and dinner at
Arykanda trout fish farm. Drive to Elmali after dinner ( ½
hr). Overnight Arzu Hotel. (Town hotel)

5 –Saklikent-

after breakfast up to 9 Lakes historical cedar forests. Then
drive to Saklikent from Arsa, down to Patara. Dinner &

6- Xanthos – Kemer (B)

after breakfast to Eşen river, following the river from
marshy forests drive down to Ozlen, the place where Xanthos
river meets the sea. Drive through the sand dunes to a village
called Kumluova, take the main coastal road to Chimera (3
hr.). Dinner at Ulupinar rest. Walk to Chimera in the evening
and drive to Kemer Golden Lotus Hotel for overnight.

7- Egirdir(B)

early in the morning to Çandir Valley Nature park (3hr),
lunch and walk the canyon. Drive to Asagigokdere -
Yukarigokdere, up to Davraz Quercus Oak forests, end the day
here and drive to Egirdir ( 1 hr). Dinner on the Island,
overnight Egirdir.

after breakfast to Anamas mountain (2 hr.) down to Medi &
Dalayma. Drive to Akseki (1 hr) for overnight. Dinner &
overnight Akseki town hotel.

to Sirtköy and on to Tevfik. Dinner & overnight Tevfik's
