Arrive
in Istanbul. Meet and greet at the airport, transfer to
the hotel.

2 - Istanbul (

A
guided tour of Istanbul includes St Sophia, the Blue Mosque,
and Cistern Basilica. Free afternoon. Overnight train to
Ankara.

Day
3- Ankara - Cappadocia (B)( L )( D )

|
Visit
Ataturk's Mausoleum in Ankara then continue via the salt flats
of Tuz Golu to Cappadocia. Visit the underground city of
Kaymakli. A chance to take a Turkish bath.

4- Cappadocia (B)(

A
full morning hiking in the spectacular valleys of the region.
Free afternoon for you to explore at your leisure. Optional
folklore shows this evening.

5- Konya – Taurus Mountains (B)(

Visit
Konya, home of the Whirling Dervishes, en route to our camp in
the Taurus mountains, where a Turkish family looks us after.

Day
6- Koprulu Kanyon (B)( L )( D )
|
|
Visit
the theatre of Aspendos, and continue to our camp in the
Koprulu Canyon.
|

Day
7- Canoening / Rafting

A
day on the Koprulu River. You can chose between canoeing or
rafting as our group negotiates the waters. Overnight beach
camp near Antalya.

Day
8- Boat Trýp To Kekova Island

|
Visit
the Lycian tombs at Myra. Boat trip to the submerged city of
Kekova with overnight on board.
|

Day
9- Turquoise Coast - Trekking (B)( L )( D )
|
|
A
chance to try your hand at water-skiing before we disembark
and transfer to our trailhead near Pinara. A short trek leads
us to the village of Minare where we stay as guests of a
Turkish family.

10- Trekking (B)(

We
trek to the ruins of Pinara. After a picnic lunch we continue
to a small mountain house at Kara Agac, where we spend the
night.

11- Trekking (B)(

Our
toughest day trekking, we take the steep trail to an isolated
beach and return to our house for the night. Those who feel
less energetic can make shorter walks in the hills around Kara
Agac.

12- Trekking –Olu Deniz - Selcuk

We
follow a beautiful mountain trail down to the most famous
beach in Turkey at Olu Deniz. This afternoon we drive to our
beach camp near Selcuk.

13- Ephesus (B)(

|
After
a guided tour of ancient Ephesus the remainder of the day is
free.

Day
14- Pamukkale (B)( L )( D )
|
|
Visit
the "Cotton Castles" of Pamukkale before an
overnight journey by sleeper train from Denizli to
Istanbul.

15- Istanbul (B)
|
|
Transfer
to the hotel. Free day.

Tour
ends after breakfast.
