 General Info  Swissotel Istanbul The Bosphorus offers 580 guest rooms, 23 suites, 2 presidential suites. Located in the center of the city in a park setting, Swissotel Istanbul is near a residential district on the European banks of the Bosphorus. It is a 10-minute walk to Nisantasi, the world-famous shopping district. The spacious gardens of the hotel were previously the gardens of the Dolmabahçe Palace, which was once the official residence of the Ottoman sultans. Situated on a wooded hilltop, the hotel commands panoramic views of the Bosphorus, Asian coast, and old city of Istanbul.

 Hotel Properties  Each of 580 spacious rooms, suites and apartments are decorated in exquisite sytle. The spectacular view of the Bosphorus creates a sense of serenity in the center of the bustling city of Istanbul. The features of each guest room include remote control television with 40 channels, satellite broadcasting, international direct dial telephone, mini-bar, marble bathroom with full bath amenities, individual climate control, voice mail, hairdryer, bathrobes, daily turn down service, electronic door locks, smoke detector and fire extinguishers.

 Facilities of the Rooms  The Bosphorus offers a wide variety of suites including 3 Bedroom Suites, Japanese Suite and 2 Presidential Suites. Each suite features marble bathrooms with a separate shower, Darphin bathroom amenities, in-room safe box, espresso machine, fax, printer, modem, and trouser press. The Presidential and Japanese Suites also feature jacuzzis. Some have terraces with Bosphorus views.

 Food & Drink  Among the 14 dining and beverage venues are Taslik Turkish Restaurant, for Turkish cuisine, and La Corne d’Or, for French fine dining, as well as continental, Japanese, Chinese, and Swiss restaurants. The Lobby Lounge and Les Ambassadeurs bar both feature live music.

Roof Garden : The terrace of La Corne d'Or, Roof Garden, is open for the summer months, has breathtaking views of the Bosphorus, serving French Mediterranean cuisine.

Taslik Turkish Restaurant : The restaurant, with an authentic traditional Turkish setting, is located in a typical Turkish house located in the hotel gardens. The Taslik is open for dinner daily, features live Turkish music with the finest example of Turkish cuisine.
