TERM
OF PAYMENT: The
estimated cost of rental is payable at the time of delivery
of the car (min 3 USD) and the final adjustments are made on
completion of rental. Alternatively MTW recognized credit
cards are welcome with no deposit obligations. Each
additional hour up to 5 hours will be charged at 1/5 of the
rate applied. Any fraction in excess of 5 hours will be
computed as a full day.
DEPOSIT:
Deposit
can be guaranteed by a major credit card or with a cash
deposit of 400 USD (incl. VAT).
TRAFFIC
FINES: Traffic
fines are charged to the renter. In case where the renter is
found fully defective at any traffic accident and does not
inform the nearest MTW office within 48 hours following
occurrence, the period, which may elapse during the car, is
remained at the service or the period during which the car
is prevented from traffic for any reasons, shall be added to
the rental free.
RENTERS
AGE: Minimum
age required is 21.
DRIVING
LICENCE: Renters
are required to have valid drivers license at least one year
old of internationally accepted.
RENTAL
PERIOD / ADDITIONAL DRIVERS:
Minimum
rental is 1 day. Additional drive charge: 3 USD per day.
DELIVERIES
/ COLLECTIONS from/to Hotel: Free
of charge within city limits. Outside city limits 0,20 USD
per km to the closest office.
ACROSS
THE BORDER: Authorization
for the vehicles must be obtained before traveling abroad.
TRAFFIC
FINES: Traffic
fines are charged to the renter.
OUT
OF HOUR SERVICE:
Available
on request at 20 USD out
of hour service.
CHAUFFEUR
DRIVEN SERVICE:
Available on request with guide driver at 4 USD per day.
Guide driver expenses are covered by MTW.
FUEL:
Vehicles
will be given to customer at start of rental with a full
tank and must be returned the same, otherwise the costs for
fuel plus a refueling charge will be collected from
customer.
CHILD'S
SEATS: Available on
request at 20 USD Per day.
BABY
SEATS: Available on
request at 20 USD Per day.
ROOF
RACK:
Available on
request at 20 USD Per day.
ONE-WAY
RENTALS: Free
of charge for rental of 7 days or more. For rentals from 1-
7 days a charge of 75 USD + %18 tax ,- applies. (Remark : Between
branches of partner.)
DRIVER
FEE: Driver
fee is 15 USD/per days, driver speaking foreign language
also available with 20 USD/per day, overtime fee between 7
and 12 PM will be 2 USD/per hour.
MTW
RENT A CAR: Reserves
the right to substitute the type of the car under
circumstances beyond control. Rates and included conditions
are subject to the change without prior notice.
IMPORTANT:
The
acceptance of VAT is valid if in case of any accident,
police and medical reports are not obtained immediately; the
car is driven under the influence of alcohol, the car driven
above the legal speed limits. In case of any accident please
inform us.
